Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Branded designerwear stitched by us are made upon order. These are non refundable.
The colour of the outfit is not khaasclothings responsibility. Special lights are used for catalogue purposes. The original shade my differ to the model pictures. Refunds will not be given if this is a reason.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
It is down to you the customer to check the measurements of the outfit BEFORE placing any order. This saves both yourself and myself time and hassle.
Refunds
Custom Made Outfits
Outfits that are custom made according to the customers choice are non refundable. These are items on preorder as well as bridals and partywear.
These outfits are made purely on order to your measurements and to your design preference. Should any problems arise we will work on correcting the issue at hand but a refund will not be given. The time, effort and costs of fabrics and materials not to mention labour work should be kept in mind. Our workers work hard in ensuring outfits are made to the highest standard possible. They do not work for free.
Should a customer continue to issue a refund upon seeing the item or its not to their liking do remember you have what you ordered. If it doesn’t look right or nice that is down to the fabric, colour, design and style you the customer selected and agreed upon.
*In some cases where a shipment is held by customs khaasclothing will NOT be held responsible. Any deposit given will NOT be refunded. While this rarely happens it can happen.
